Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” Buti Yoga® is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This workout tones+sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. The beat-blended movement forces you out of your head and into your body.


This 60-minute class is designed to promote relaxation in body and mind. The postures are held without effort using the support of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This practice is an excellent complement to any regular exercise regimen. No experience necessary. Healing benefits may include calmness and clarity, balancing of the nervous system, and boosting of the immune system. A relaxing candlelit atmosphere will start your week off perfectly!


Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.


SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. This class requires a mat and water. Shoes and light weights (1 - 8lbs) are optional.


An all-levels yoga flow class using the vinyasa krama technique. With connected movement and breath, students are led through step-by-step progressions and rounds to achieve a more advanced, or peak pose, followed by savasana.


We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

SOULstrength is a creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to crazy FUN music. This class utilizes medium weights paired with Tabata style cardio intervals. All fitness levels can feel successful in this class.

305 Fitness

305 Fitness is a 45 minute non-stop dance party! 305 exists to make fitness more inclusive, empowering, and FUN!  Movement is more than calorie counting or being the "best" in the room.  305 Fitness is about self-love and self-expression.  We start with a short warm up, followed by a choreography section, but don't worry, no experience is needed!  We will then go to a toning section, a quick cardio sprint and then end with our all out hip hop section!  You will leave dripping with sweat and confidence!
