BODY SCULPT

A full-body workout using dumbbells, exercise bands, and other equipment to sculpt a lean, defined physique that focuses on all the major muscle groups. Strength training protects bone health and muscle mass, boosts metabolism, and increases overall endurance. Options are provided so all fitness levels can feel successful in this class.

SCULPT

Buti Sculpt® builds long, lean muscle mass using a HIIT (high intensity interval training) - based formula seamlessly blended with static yoga poses to stretch and release the muscle group used during high-intensity round. HIIT workouts kick the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimizes the body's ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort and these effects can last up to 36 hours post-workout.

Buti, in Indian Marathi, means “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” Buti Yoga® is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This workout tones+sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. The beat-blended movement forces you out of your head and into your body.

CANDLELIGHT RESTORATIVE YOGA

This 60-minute class is designed to promote relaxation in body and mind. The postures are held without effort using the support of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This practice is an excellent complement to any regular exercise regimen. No experience necessary. Healing benefits may include calmness and clarity, balancing of the nervous system, and boosting of the immune system.

GENTLE YOGA

Starting each session with breathwork and meditation, this all-levels class recharges the body, mind, and heart. You’ll use breathing techniques to experience longer stretches and hold traditional yoga poses. Join us for this slower-paced, more relaxed practice.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness 
and listening to ones own body. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility (though you don’t have to have any, we’ll work on that)and balance. We will use flowing sun salutations and standing positions throughout. Although this class is at a slower pace than vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both physically and mentally. Each class will end with guided meditation. 

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is an all-levels class that focuses on strength and stability, which can help improve balance and coordination. This class can also help with mobility from exercises that keep joints moving.

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body feeling long, lean, and defined!

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

YOGA FLOW

An all-levels yoga flow class using the vinyasa krama technique. With connected movement and breath, students are led through step-by-step progressions and rounds to achieve a more advanced, or peak pose, followed by savasana.

ZUMBA

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
