SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. This class requires a mat and water. Shoes and light weights (1 - 8lbs) are optional.
If you fail to cancel your booking or reach out to the appropriate people at least 6hrs. prior to the start time of the appointment/class you will be charged the price of a drop-in OR one class off your class pass OR 50% of the service price. No shows will automatically be charged the drop-in fee.
