Yin Yoga

Description

Come unwind during this 60 minutes yin yoga class. Yin differs from more dynamic yang physical yoga practices by holding poses for longer periods of time and using gravity to open up the body. By doing so the body starts releasing and stretching fascia and other connective tissue. Benefits of practicing yin regularly include mental clarity, stress relief, better sleep, and increased joint mobility, to name a few. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: a yoga mat, comfy clothes, extra layering pieces during the winter months, and water.

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to cancel your booking or reach out to the appropriate people at least 3hrs. prior to the start time of the class you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. In the case of emergencies, please communicate with Amarah staff via phone or website chat as soon as possible.
