Cacao Ceremony + Sound Healing

Cacao is used in a sacred medicinal ritual and is to be consumed with intention. Cacao is simply chocolate in its raw form with no additives coming straight from Mother Earth. Once consumed, it creates space for the heart to be open, and negative emotions to be released - and we are able to connect to ourselves and the loving energy in our body. 

Cacao Ceremonies date back to the Mayan and Aztec traditions. Cacao is a natural plant medicine used for heart opening, enlightenment, and healing.  Cacao is nourishing to the body and boosts the immune system, increases blood flow, and has many other health benefits. 

During the ceremony, Violet will create a safe container for deep connection, breathwork, and sound healing.
