Cacao Ceremony:

The ceremonial cacao that Violet uses is sourced from the lush and vibrant landscapes of Guatemala, known for producing some of the finest cacao in the world. 

Violet, our experienced facilitator, will begin by introducing you to the history and cultural significance of cacao in indigenous traditions. You'll have the opportunity to savor a warm and heart-opening cacao elixir. This elixir acts as a gentle facilitator, opening your heart and enhancing your connection with your inner self.

As you intentionally sip your cacao, Violet will guide you through, allowing you to release any stagnant energy, set intentions, and deepen your self-awareness. The cacao's natural properties, combined with Violet's expert guidance, will create a space for healing, introspection, and personal growth.

Sound Healing:

Following the Cacao Ceremony, you'll be invited to recline comfortably on mats and blankets. Violet will then gently transition the experience into a Sound Bath Healing session. Surround yourself with the soothing vibrations of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls.

As Violet plays these harmonious sounds, they will wash over you, creating a symphony of healing frequencies. The vibrations will resonate with the cells in your body, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace.
