A community event! Come try out our class formats during these FREE mini-sessions! Each session will be 15 min long for a total of 4 classes being showcased during the hour. Although this event is FREE, we still are requiring prior registration. Â Each First Friday there will be a special discount on our class passes or memberships to all participants!
