Through ceremonial cacao, intentional movement, and immersive sound healing, we’ll work with the energy of the heart center—inviting softness, expansion, and compassion both inward and outward.

We’ll begin by sipping cacao with intention, allowing its gentle, grounding properties to support emotional awareness and connection. A slow, mindful yoga flow will follow, focusing on breath and heart-opening shapes to help release tension and cultivate embodied presence. We will conclude with a restorative sound bath, offering space for deep relaxation.
