Thai massage is a fully clothed, floor-based bodywork practice that combines assisted stretching and acupressure. Using hands, elbows, knees, and even feet, it’s a rhythmic, flowing experience that helps release tension and increase mobility — for both the giver and the receiver.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the foundational principles of Thai massage, practice simple assisted stretches, and begin to develop a deeper awareness of the body. You’ll leave with techniques you can confidently use to support someone you care about — or simply with a greater appreciation for how the body moves and responds.
