Reiki + Restore

Join Deena (our Yin + Restorative Yoga Instructor) and Kim (The Hapa Healer) for a relaxing and healing class. Deena will lead students through different restorative poses while Kim directs Reiki healing energy throughout the room. Kim will also focus on individual treatment throughout the event. Props are included in this practice but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Dress comfortably!
