Come and reset your energy and chakras before the holiday weekend! It's SPRING! What seeds are you planting to help you get closer to your goals and dreams? During this event, you will be led by Deena, through a series of restorative yoga poses that help to open and balance your chakras (7 energy points we have throughout our bodies). Restorative yoga is meant to help you surrender to rest - something we all need more of. Kim, our Reiki Master, will provide you with a healing crystal for the session and you will pick an oracle card from a brand new Osho oracle deck. Kim will channel group AND individual reiki throughout the room. Each person will receive an individual channeled message from their guides.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (someone who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress, promote healing and relaxation, and relieve stress and anxiety. Reiki is said to help heal and restore our physical and emotional well-being by releasing trauma that does not serve us.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a type of yoga known for its relaxing, calming, and healing effects. As well as being popular with students who are recovering from illness or injury, Restorative yoga is considered an ideal balance to hectic and stressful modern lifestyles. Restorative yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates blood pressure, and relaxes the body. As such, Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia, or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions. Restorative yoga is believed to boost the immune system and accelerate the body's natural healing process.
