Reiki + Restore

During this event, you will be led by Deena, through a series of restorative yoga poses that help to open and balance your chakras (7 energy points we have throughout our bodies). Restorative yoga is meant to help you surrender to rest - something we all need more of.  Kim, our Reiki Master, will provide you with a healing crystal for the session.  Kim will channel reiki to each participant throughout the event and realign you chakras. Each person will receive an individual channeled message from their guides at the end.
