IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

An intention-setting and yoga nidra workshop to start 2020 off right!

Join Juls Guenther for a 2-hour class built around guiding you towards your sankalpa, or hearts longing, and your goals. This workshop will help set attainable goals with an easy daily journaling process and your own journal to take with you.

After setting our intentions, there is a very slow flow to allow circulation in the body then we will begin our guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative form of guided meditation where the mind is in the in-between state of waking and sleeping. You will be fully supported and reclined the entire time.

Set your Sankalpa is Friday, January 3 at 6-8pm. Save your space by purchasing a ticket online or in store. Tickets are $25 and includes 2-hour workshop with guided Yoga Nidra meditation. All participants will get a journal and pen. Complimentary hot tea will also be available during class.

About Juls:

Juliana (Juls) Guenther is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2016 and is currently working on her 500 certification.

Juls started practicing yoga at the age of 14  because a friend dragged her to a class. It was hot, she forgot a towel, fumbled like crazy and was sore for a week after...and she loved it! Yoga became a part of her everyday life. Her practice stayed with her through very challenging times in life. It has always been the one constant she could rely on. Juls loves her classes to have lots of flow and time to feel the individual poses. She teaches from a place of what feels good and what makes people feel strong and confident. The best part of yoga teaching for her is the love of learning with her students and sharing the practice.

Off the mat, Juls is a full time nanny and student going for physical therapy assistant. She also loves a good Netflix binge with her mom, sister and boyfriend.
