Soulful Partner Workshop

 Indulge in the rich and heart-opening tradition of a cacao ceremony. Sip on this sacred elixir known for its heart-expanding properties as you and your partner or friend engage in reflective exercises. The cacao ceremony sets the stage for deeper communication and vulnerability, creating a space for genuine connection. Following the ceremony, participate in partner/friend exercises designed to strengthen the bond between you and your loved one or friend! Then you will be guided by Deena through partner yoga. You and your partner/friend will engage in gentle stretches, synchronized movements, and trust-building exercises.

The evening will end with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath healing session with Violet. Allow the harmonious sounds of crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you, promoting relaxation and balance. The resonant frequencies will create a meditative atmosphere, encouraging you and your partner/friend to release tension, connect on a soulful level, and experience a profound sense of inner peace.
