Sound Bath Healing with Violet

60 minutes · All bodies welcome

Come lie down, get cozy, and let sound do the work.

In this hour-long sound bath, facilitator Violet guides you through layered waves of crystal bowls, gentle instruments, and her own voice. Violet is a trained musician, and at moments she weaves live vocals into the soundscape, so each session feels alive and a little different every time.

There’s nothing to perform and nothing to get right. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a quiet mind. Just show up as yourself, settle onto your mat, and let yourself be held by sound. Many people leave feeling softer, clearer, and more rested.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, and anything that helps you rest: a blanket, pillow, or eye pillow. Mats and props are provided.
