Spring Equinox Yoga

Spring Equinox is the celebration of new life. A time for "spring cleaning" - shedding old layers, habits, and outmoded beliefs. We join together on our mats to release stagnant energy that has been stored over the long, cold, and dark winter months. We embrace this time for change and growth. We celebrate the sheer joy of "here and now" through 108 Sun Salutations.
