Some people leave us, but the threads stay woven through our lives: in the recipes we still make, the songs that find us at the right moment, and the way we move through the world.

Join us on the eve of All Souls' Day for an afternoon of remembering and celebrating the people (and pets) we love and miss. This is a space to grieve openly, to smile through the memories, and to be reminded that living fully is one of the greatest ways to honor those who came before us.

Together, we'll:

• Gather around a remembrance table filled with items that remind us of our loved ones

• Move through a gentle somatic flow to explore where our memories live in our bodies, with journal prompts along the way

• Share stories of how our loved ones lived, and be witnessed while we remember them
