The Lunar New Year invites us to begin again — not from pressure or resolution, but from alignment. As we move into the Fire Horse year, this workshop is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner momentum, clarity, and creative energy.

This is not a traditional vision board workshop. There’s no goal-setting, no rigid plans, and no sitting in silence.

Instead, Vision & Embody is an interactive, movement-based intention experience designed to help you feel into what you’re calling in and express it visually — without overthinking.

Christina and Liv will begin with gentle embodied movement and a light flow with prompts to shake off stagnation and reconnect with your body. From there, you’ll create your vision board using curated stickers, words, symbols, and intuitive imagery (no magazines), allowing your intentions to take shape in a way that feels organic and personal.
