The first 45 minutes/hour will be a discussion on chronic pain (with a focus on headaches and migraines. The second 30-45 minutes, we will use asana, pranayama and meditation to explore preventative and healing modalities for headaches and migraines.
Students who attend the workshop will leave with additional knowledge, and a 20-30 minute sequence they can do anytime at home for personal healing.
The Yoga for Chronic Pain workshop will take place Friday, January 31 from 6pm-7:30pm. Tickets are $20. Each ticket includes the workshop and bandanas to use during the workshop and to take home after.
