Description

Barre is a ballet-inspired format that combines moves from Pilates, yoga, and strength training into a choreographed, full-body workout. Barre incorporates small movements and isometric holds to tone and short bursts of cardio to elevate your heart rate. Low impact and high impact options as well as progressions and modifications are offered for all fitness levels to benefit from this upbeat class!

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to cancel your booking or reach out to the appropriate people at least 3hrs. prior to the start time of the class you will be charged a $10 no-show fee. In the case of emergencies, please communicate with Amarah staff via phone or website chat as soon as possible.
