A private 30-minute infrared sauna session designed to support relaxation, recovery, and a gentle nervous system reset. Infrared heat works by warming the body from the inside out, helping to encourage circulation, ease muscle tension, and support the body’s natural recovery processes. Many guests enjoy infrared sauna for its potential benefits related to post-workout recovery, inflammation support, and skin health—including improved circulation and a healthy glow. This shorter session is ideal if you’re new to sauna, short on time, or looking for a light, restorative sweat. What to wear & bring: Guests may choose to wear a bathing suit or enjoy the sauna unclothed. Towels are provided for comfort and seating, and you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We recommend bringing water to stay hydrated before and after your session. Please listen to your body and exit the sauna at any time if you feel uncomfortable. A buffer between appointments allows time for cooling down and resetting the space. Pricing is per person. Shared sessions are available for up to three guests.
