Description
This 45-minute full-body strength class is designed to build lean muscle and increase endurance. Using a mix of light and medium weights, resistance bands, and dynamic bodyweight movements, you’ll move through targeted sequences that challenge every major muscle group. Expect creative combinations, motivating playlists, and a fun balance of control and intensity. Perfect for all fitness levels. Shoes and a yoga mat recommended.
