What is Reiki? 

Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (someone who has undergone formal training in this healing art) use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress, promote healing and relaxation, and relieve stress and anxiety. Reiki is said to help heal and restore our physical and emotional well-being by releasing trauma that does not serve us.
