About the Course

305 Fitness is a 45 minute non-stop dance party! 305 exists to make fitness more inclusive, empowering, and FUN! Movement is more than calorie counting or being the "best" in the room. 305 Fitness is about self-love and self-expression. We start with a short warm up, followed by a choreography section, but don't worry, no experience is needed! We will then go to a toning section, a quick cardio sprint and then end with our all out hip hop section! You will leave dripping with sweat and confidence!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Shoes, water, and a towel if you tend to sweat a lot.
