About the Course
Floor Stretch is an all-levels, mat-based class where we focus on connecting with our body and exploring the nooks and crannies we might overlook in our daily lives. Members will be led through a dynamic warm-up, opening up the major joints. We'll then elaborate on those movements with a bodyweight workout. Long cool down to follow with plenty of modifications along the way!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: a yoga mat and water.
