About the Course
SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person or virtual). SOULfusion trains strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: a yoga mat and water. Shoes and light weights (1 - 8lbs) are optional. We have a variety of weights available at the studio but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
