Reiki + Restore

This workshop is designed to create a serene and nurturing space, allowing you to release the old and embrace the new with a sense of calm and vitality.

During class you will be guided through gentle and supported restorative yoga poses, aimed at promoting deep relaxation and stress relief. As you surrender into each pose, you'll be encouraged to let go of tension and connect with your breath.

A skilled Reiki practitioner will channel positive energy, promoting balance and harmony within your body, mind, and spirit. This gentle yet powerful energy work aims to clear blockages, enhance your overall well-being, and stimulate your body's natural healing abilities. Mediumship messages may be heard by our energy healer throughout the event. At the end of the workshop, our reiki healer will give you the option to hear any messages that were shared with her through your spirit guides. 

Whether you're new to yoga and energy work or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is open to all levels. It's a wonderful opportunity to set positive intentions, align your energy, and create a foundation for personal growth and self-care.
