About the Course
Come unwind during this 60-minute yin yoga class. Yin differs from more dynamic yang physical yoga practices by holding poses for longer periods of time and using gravity to open up the body. By doing so the body starts releasing and stretching fascia and other connective tissue. Benefits of practicing yin regularly include mental clarity, stress relief, better sleep, and increased joint mobility, to name a few.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: a yoga mat, comfy clothes, extra layering pieces during the winter months, and water. All props are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
